PlanBE Planning Consultancy
PlanBE is a Town Planning and Development Consultancy business.

PlanBE was founded by Kristy in 2015, with a vision to simplify the development journey for clients.
The main business operates out of offices based in Braidwood & Wagga Wagga, with clients across NSW and the ACT.
Why PlanBE?
At PlanBE, our name is more than just a brand – it’s a statement of action and support. The “BE” in our logo and identity represents movement, growth, and the power to take your vision from concept to completion. It’s about empowering our clients to be confident, be prepared, and be successful in every stage of the development journey.

The name itself is a creative reworking of the familiar phrase Plan B. We know that many people start their development journey with enthusiasm, often trying to navigate the complex approval and planning process on their own. But when that process becomes overwhelming, costly, or reaches a standstill, that’s where PlanBE steps in. We become your Plan B – the experts who can take the stress off your shoulders, resolve challenges, and guide your project towards approval.

With PlanBE, you don’t just get a safety net; you get a proactive partner. Our team combines extensive knowledge of town planning, development approvals, and council requirements across NSW and the ACT with the added benefit of in-house design expertise. Whether you’re seeking rezoning advice, preparing a Statement of Environmental Effects, or managing a full Development Application, we provide the clarity, strategy, and professional support to ensure your project succeeds.

Our approach is grounded in action. We understand that every client comes to us at a different stage – some at the very start, others after setbacks – and we tailor our services to meet your needs. PlanBE is about creating opportunities, finding solutions, and delivering outcomes that allow your project to move forward with confidence.
When you choose PlanBE, you’re choosing a partner who understands the pressures of planning and approvals, and who has built a business on helping people be successful when it matters most.
