PlanBE is a Town Planning and Development Consultancy business. 

Founded by its owner, Kristy, back in 2015. The services PlanBE provide include a broad range of compliances and applications for the purposes of successfully obtaining development approvals for clients. 

 

The business is managed by a two-person team and is located in Araluen/Braidwood NSW, with clients across NSW and the ACT.

Our Story

Kristy is PlanBE's principal planner, having over 15 years experience in town planning and the development industry, including time working within Local Government, State Government, and with developers/clients in private consulting. Over time, these experiences have attributed to a broad understanding in both client and government requirements in achieving the best solutions for all parties. 

Shannon makes up the other half of our two-person team, and operates as Planning Assistant and Business Manager. With experience in customer relations, administration, web and graphic design, accounting; and is the voice that greets you when calling our office. Shannon is studying towards expanding their knowledge, and gaining on-the-job experience assisting in the completion of our planning projects. 

Kristy has a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning degree with the University of New England (AU). 

 

Shannon has a Bachelor of Arts in Internet Communications with Curtin University (WA, AU).
