Don't Lose Your Hair Over A

BASIX CERTIFICATE

A BASIX Certificate is mandatory in NSW for new homes (including secondary dwellings), renovations of $50,000 or more, or if you wish to install a spa or pool of more than 40,000 litres.

There have been a number of changes to BASIX since 1 October 2023, and many people have found that it has become more difficult to get a result.

If that's you - please don't worry. You're not alone! And the good news is, we can help.

Have a more complex issue?
We can help...

We achieve approvals in environmentally sensitive areas, bushfire prone areas and successfully advocate for clients wishing to vary standards within Development Control Plans (DCPs).

Drawing from extensive experience living and working in rural areas, places with heritage value, and areas with a range of environmental constraints.
