Set on a 5-hectare rural lot within the Wamboin landscape, this project involved securing development approval for a new rural shed and modifying an existing consent to remove redundant conditions. PlanBE coordinated the dual-application process, ensuring consistency between historic and current approvals under the Queanbeyan-Palerang LEP and DCP frameworks.

A dual café–retail concept re-energises Braidwood’s main street with sensitive internal works, robust heritage assessment, and compliant servicing. PlanBE coordinated heritage, planning and operations to secure approval for a low-impact, high-activation outcome that fits the town’s historic fabric.
